WEEKLY: Our self catering apartments and cottage are let for weekly periods during
the Spring/Summer season - from Easter to the end of August.
Weekly lets are from 4pm Saturday to 10.30am the following Saturday.

SHORT BREAKS: Four and three night breaks are possible subject to availability.
Short breaks are three nights from Friday to Sunday, or four nights from Monday to Thursday.
We ask that guests leave the premises by 10.30 on the day of departure.
Late Booking discounts may also be available.

WEEKLY: Our self catering apartments and cottage are let for weekly periods during the Autumn/Winter season from the beginning of September to the end of March. Weekly lets are from 4pm Saturday to 10.30am the following Saturday.

SHORT BREAKS: We offer Autumn and Winter short breaks of four and three nights.
Shorts breaks are three nights from Friday to Sunday, or four nights from Monday to Thursday.
We ask that guests leave the premises by 10.30 on the day of departure.
Late Booking discounts may also be available.

All bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided for your comfort. There is no charge for electricity or heating. The kitchen will include some cleaning materials (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc). Tea towels and dish cloths are also provided.

Our accommodation is for non-smokers only.

Each property has a dedicated parking spot in our grounds. Additional parking space is available if needed.

Breakages and spills: Please advise Candy immediately so that the spill can be cleaned, or the breakage replaced etc.

Your provisional booking will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your booking form and cheque for 50% of the fee.
The balance should be forwarded by cheque 6 weeks before your stay commences.

Cancellations: If you have to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-let the accommodation. If we can re-let, your payment will be returned in full less a £25 administration fee. We regret that if we cannot re-let, we are unable to make a refund.
